期待已久的90分鐘 Non-Stop Super Body Combat 終於來囉～～今天可是從一大早起床上班就 HIGH 到現在，真是過聖誕節的最佳方式了！！

九十分鐘的 COMBAT 十六首歌打起來就是爽，不過自己要會調整體力，如果從頭到尾都是用同樣的力氣來打，那就不妙囉！

聰明如我當然知道這90分鐘下來一定會汗流成河，所以先穿了教練指定的全白運動衣，打完八首歌就跑到一旁換上另一件紅背心，雖然衣服馬上就又濕掉了，至少有得到片刻的乾爽～～

不過這次要拍照留念時，忘了把相機調整好，拍出來的照片效果不佳，就貼上這張留個紀念吧～



昨天正好是上圖代號『多』的翹屁一哥大壽，YOYO教練特別將累屎人的第30套之七交給壽星 SOLO ，不過多日的苦練是有成效的喔！！那馬利兄弟的跳躍已經很有模有樣了ㄌㄟ！！

打完一場 COMBAT，又遇上有人生日，當然要好好吃一頓囉～～



COMBAT 打到飽，當然也就要趕快吃到飽～～～林季是我們康貝特美食團很常聚餐的地方，東西不錯吃，而且吃完他們家的麻辣鍋，第二天上廁所都不會不舒服。ㄏㄏ



我們選的是一人299吃到飽，比249的選擇多了些東西，主要是有我愛吃的大腸頭！！



我的沾醬。吃麻辣鍋時，用醋和香油一比一的比例來做沾醬，不僅味道更好，還可以先把辣油瀝掉一些。



生日蛋糕當然是少不了的，美食團中有人的親戚家是麵包店，在南崁舊街上，叫做『超藝』，麵包、蛋糕都很好吃，今天的口味是水果布丁竽頭蛋糕。

吃完火鍋、蛋糕，剛才90分鐘的 COMBAT 都白打了！不過，能吃得這麼開心才是重點啊！有運動就不怕大吃大喝啦！！

一堂 Body Combat 的課程是一個鐘頭，但健身房偶爾會舉辦這樣的挑戰性活動，也就是所謂的「90 分鐘 Super Combat」。除了過癮，還是過癮啊！

從1999 年起發表第一套的 Body Combat，每隔三個月就會發表新一套的動作，目前已經發表到第32套囉～～

艾德華非常喜歡拳擊有氧，喜歡跟著音樂節拍揮灑汗水，更重要的是讓自己能夠保持青春啊～～

今天來介紹這運動在幹啥，讓一些對這運動沒有涉獵的朋友能夠明白箇中樂趣！！

先來介紹 Body Combat 的基本組合。

                                                        

每套 BC 都包括十首歌，也有固定的先後順序

第一首：

暖身用。這首歌通常會比較長，因為所有基本動作都會在這首熱身歌曲中出現，例如：直拳（左右手的直拳，打鼻子的高度）、勾拳（手臂呈 NIKE 的勾狀，由下往上打下巴位置）、HOOK（手臂與肩同高呈九十度彎曲，由外向內打臉頰的位置），這三種是上半身的暖身。下半身的動作就是前踢、側踢、Round House Kick （不知中文怎麼翻譯，就是先將一腳腳跟轉向前方踩穩，然後用另一腳的腳背部分向前踢，應該不是譯成迴旋踢吧？）還有跳踢、後踢。

第二首：

固定會有 Round House Kick ，通常這首歌上完，衣服就濕掉了。

第三首：

只有上半身的動作，也就是三種出拳的方式為基礎作些變化。

第四首：

固定會有跳踢的動作，只是最近兩套的 BC 都開始把大家當武林高手，除了跳踢之外，還多了側飛踢！要抓到訣竅才飛得起來，上一套（31套）的第四首居然先來個側飛踢立刻接跳踢，以一套比一套難的原則而言，不禁要想下一套是不是要先翻個筋斗了！？

第五首：

同第三首的原則，沒有腳的動作，練心肺功能用的。

第六首：

固定是有後踢的動作，這首歌通常是給大家休息用，不會像先前的這麼激烈，不過休息是為了跳更累的第七首歌。

第七首：

這首歌通常是整套 BC 最累的，因為主角是抬膝，但不是跳有氧舞蹈的抬膝動作，是由泰拳（ Muay Thai ）的動作延伸而來，想像雙手抓住對方的頭往下拉，你的膝蓋同時向前頂對方頭部的感覺，嗯、、還蠻暴力的！同樣的，在越來越難的走勢下，最近兩套的抬膝動作已經不再那麼單純的只是抬膝，已經變成了像電動玩具瑪利兄弟雙腳同時跳起來，然後加上在空中扭腰！要跳得好看的前提就是要跳的高，空中停留時間久就做的好！

第八首：

同樣也是只有手部的出拳動作，最後一首歌了，就卯足勁全力打吧！

第九首：

用來做肌力，伏地挺身、仰臥起坐，搭配音樂作些動作變化，艾德華的三頭不曉得是不是這樣不知不覺中練出來的？

第十首：

緩和囉～～會挑首抒情的歌曲，做些伸展的動作，不要小看這些伸展的動作，不乖乖做好伸展，第二天肯定肌肉酸痛！

以上十首歌就是一套 BC 的組合，通常新的一套發表後，為了讓大家熟悉，教練會連上兩週的新課程，等到大家打到想吐了，就會有一些組合變化，例如打第十七套的第一首、二十套的第二首、二十八套的第三首、十九套的第四首、、、之類的。

這些動作是誰編排呢？如果對健身房的有氧課程有點認識，會發現許多課都有 BODY 這個字帶頭，不論是Body Combat 、Body Pump 、 Body Step 、 Body Jam、、、等等，一系列的 BODY 課程，是由紐西蘭 Les Mills 這家公司所提供的，為了讓全球與他們有簽約的健身房及教練們學習新一套的動作，所有新發表的課程都會拍攝成 DVD，再由各國的訓練講師負責該國的動作教授，將 DVD 分發給教練學習。
